My landlord Lives In USA and for obvious reasons she has not taken care of the place.
In 2019, I had a massive rent increase and took her to the tribunal. Now in 2023 she sent me another rent increase for over 62%. I took her to the tribunal again and their decision was 48% of increase which I cannot afford. Now I am going to be homeless.
