Mr. Rak has been a helpful, fair, and professional landlord throughout our tenancy. He consistently responded quickly to any issues and always offered practical, cost-effective solutions that worked well for us. He also ensured we were given plenty of notice ahead of property viewings. The property is in great condition and any maintenance issues were dealt without major delays.

I am writing a review as I feel that the comments about my landlord on this website are unjustified. My landlord appreciates honesty and will help you if you tell him the truth, I had an accident in the property and as a result I broke the glass in a shower door I did not have the money to pay to fix it as I am low income, I told the Landlord the truth and he helped me sort it at a much cheaper price than I was able to get a quote for and he allowed me to pay for it in afforrrrdable instalments. Taheem is a good Landlord I have never had any issues.

I have been a Tenant with this landlord for 7 years, he has allowed me to make the property my home and has always been very good in sorting any maintenance issues in a timely manner.

The worst person I've met, such as landlord harassment, overcharging, racist, and scam.

Landlord was absolutely unhelpful and rude in dealing with everything for 2 year tenancy and randomly raised rent in the middle of it. Also gave lots of trouble in giving back deposit/how much to give back.
