Refused to assist with black mould or airflow, attempted to contract it that we had to take responsibility for it. No hot water for 5 weeks over the entirety of December, no gas, no electricity at other point. Refused to buy us heaters to cover the period without heating or hot water. Broke Into our home and when challenged with CCTV footage, claimed that we had no rights as tenants and that they would fully wield the no fault eviction.

I even bought parts to make repairs and then they refused to pay me back as I foolishly didn't agree it in writing. They also came Into our home and began alluding to us being antisemitic because of my partner's country of origin.
