2 stars because she was responsive. Other than that, complete liar. Always cutting cost. Always had to deal with her coming around fixing things. Pretending she didn't know the issues surrounding her property and playing victim to bad things happening to her. She was fully aware of the issues of her property and chose to rent to people knowing that these things would eventually show up. She would forget herself at times and tell us how something has been happening for so long and she was fed up with it, forgetting that she would initially react as if what we were telling her was completely brand new information.

Eventually, a personal issue occurred and she handled it as inhumanely as possible. After dealing with her constantly for two years as patiently as possible, it just showed that she was truly an inconsiderate person in all forms.
