The landlords Di and Joe are one of the best bits about this property. They communicate really well, giving notice (assuring they have confirmation) whenever they wish to inspect the property or have a viewing. They've been incredibly fair about wear and tear, charge very reasonable rent and are generally a pleasure to deal with. Whenever there's been an issue or something that needs fixing, it's been sorted promptly and without any fuss.
