The landlord is not to be trusted. Google search his name. Daniel Trojan Holder. Not a nice man. Tried taking my whole deposit when my tenancy finished due to, “repairs”. He didn’t succeed but it took a whole 3 months to get it back as went to a dispute with the tenancy deposit scheme. He uses an “agent” called Rachel to manage the property. She’s very difficult to communicate with and lacking in social skills.
