Good throughout the year with following up on property issues, but then offered a 'special rate' if we stayed on which was worse than we currently had. Also threatened to take away our deposits because of some damage that wasn't down to all of us.
Asked us to commit to staying for another year as early as November, which was not ideal as none of us knew what our situation would be the next academic year.
