Aleays trying to get extra money when you already overpay. I pay 1300 and 1 year in he send me a 650 pound bill for council costs. This was never told that i had to pay this for hot water and heating when on top of this you also pay thames water. He is extremely rude in the way he talks.. he yells and point fingers.. tried to get extra money through painting when i was living with someone else she painted 2 walls and he could not wait so got painters who painted the whol house except bathroom and bedroom with my paint that i bought and then try to charge me 400 pound when they did the kitchen on my cost
