Claire Leach is one of the worst Landlady you can imagine! She is acting all friendly and nice at the beginning until you need something!
We had mice infestation in the flat caused by her contractors and bad construction work done previously. We payed for emergency Pest Control and she refused to reimburse us because she was blaming us that we are not clean and the issue is because of us(i got cleaner coming to my flat twice a week)
If you ever have anything to do with Claire Leach who lives in Australia but renting a property on her own, run far far away from HER!
