Neil was nice and friendly and generally left us to it. He lived in Taunton so things needed fixing he was happy for us to arrange it and he would reimburse it, which he was generally quite good at. He would pop in whenever he was about. The deposit did take a few weeks to come back, but there were no issues there and Neil was very contactable about it.
