The landlord is friendly but unrealistic. He is slow at repairs and buys everything second-hand even when the item purchased does not do the job properly. He has an internet system where you have to use an Ethernet cable all the time practically because it is 'bad for the 'enviroment'.Lastly and MOST importantly - He did not mention an adult male would be living with me in my contract. He did not ask me when I moved in and is very inconsiderate within this respect.
