Marian always responds quickly to any questions or problems and deals with them quickly too. Even if a little clueless at times about things, she is very nice and lives a 10 minute walk away. She carries out paperwork very thoroughly.

Always at hand to help. Lives round the corner, and will always answer texts.... even when she is on holiday!
