Always trying to save as much money as possible. He's let the house and all its furniture fall into such disrepair rather than spending a bit of money to mend the problems that were wrong with it. When I brought forward the problem of the gas smell in the back bedroom he was apathetic at best. I didnt complain at the time because the rent I was paying was so low but he has since pushed the prices up. The standard of the house doesnt reflect the price which he is asking.
