Great landlord. Very kind and understanding. Allowed me a choice of furniture for the house from the shop downstairs :) Very accommodating. Couldnt do more for me. Even refused to deduct money for repainting the wall behind the cooker (which had a grease stain) as he considered it wear and tear and was happy with the effort I put into cleaning everything else. Fixed everything as soon as it was reported, even offered to move me into a cheaper room when I moved out not being able to afford the room due to a job change.
