The landlord acknwoledged the state of unreasonable capacity of the below neighbours and acknowledged she lost tenants because of them but did nothing to diffuse the situation. Secondly, they are trying to extort money from the deposit - we agreed to pay for one chair but wants us to pay for 4 so she can redo her dining ste. Unbelievable. The property was also handed to us filthy and we had to fight to get them to professionally clean it and deduct days from original tenancy as the place was not viable. Avoid.
