Landlord reviews for Boomerang Property Paul Tute in Gateshead

Landlord (Paul Tute) was pathetic at getting repairs done in a reasonable time. During first Covid lockdown my boiler broke down. I was left with no heating or hot water for over a week. He also put all repair jobs out to tender and takes the cheapest bid regardless of which individual or company makes it. My integrated oven broke and I waited a month for a new one. The the oven was delivered in a box and I waited another month for somebody to come and fit it.
