This is by far the worst experience I've had with a landlord. I read other negative reviews on this website when considering this property but decided to take my chances and I dearly wish I'd heeded their warnings.
Urgent repairs were not properly done. Baseless threats to take legal action against me were made. Blame was laid at my feet for the disrepair of the property. In the end, the landlord falsely tried to claim not only the entire security deposit by excess money, even making up outright lies about unpaid rent. They were unsuccessful with this upon dispute.
