If i could give him no stars i would. He turned up to the property without 24 hours notice sold off the building and refused to do any work on the flat. we had a major mould problem which we were told was from guttering problems and had been there since before we moved in, now he’s trying to claim its our lifestyle when we have photos from the first day we moved in. he would constantly say he was coming back to do a job and never came back.
