Firstly the tenants had a neurotic dog which meant access was near impossible. However, a new kitchen floor was layed and fresh slate chippings at the back. The large rear garden had been landscaped and the tenants promised to manage it. They did not and great expense was made to put back to rights in the front and the back. It is an 1880 cottage and requires ventilation. A log burner was reinstated as it is a dry heat while they were there to combat this issue. When they left they removed the front composite front door and broke the hinges. Hence door was broken , these cost about 1k new ! On top they left items to be disposed of and the house stank of cannabis. They did not report a leak either which caused to rot a floor. The house had to be scrubbed and redecorated as they left very odd half decoration in the bedrooms. So when you read a review maybe question the tenant !!! This is why landlords are pulling out!
