Landlord reviews for Toby Miller in London

Horrible landlord. Uses Openrent as they are unable to afford really being a landlord, would not replace thermostat for £150 as they claimed they couldn’t afford it. Wouldn’t fix the balcony door as it would cost too much so instead thought it would be acceptable for a 100kg door which falls when you open it to be considered fit for purpose. When the water was shut off for the building and there was no access to the loo he refused to cover one night at Travellodge.
