Best 3 years of renting in my life.
Issues sorted quickly, was like having a lovely grandpa.
Always warm to us, no such thing as £100++ rent increases.
Came to check/fix any problem himself and if not possible, contracted it out withing 3 days
Very much a retrospective review (>4years old) but if I'm going to report bad practice, I must showcase the good.
