Terrible Landlords. We had a gas leak upon moving in, which was turned off by the gas emergency service, the agents then brought in their own gas man who turned it back on without doing any proper checks to find that there was still a gas leak requiring an other visit from the gas emergency service to turn it off before any works were done. Generally the place was overcharged, had no works done and very poor responses when things went wrong which was often.
