If I could give this landlord a 0 review I would. We moved into the flat in September and from day 1 it was fraught with problems, damp, mouldy, filthy and dangerous. On our first day the heating broke and he sent a handyman to fix it! The electricity cert was out of date and overall the flat was in a complete state of disrepair. We sent him a formal email with 19! points and his response was to threaten us with eviction! Refused to complete any repairs and is now refusing to give us our deposit back. Rent from this man with extreme caution

Very rude, often did not reply to texts or emails. He took months to reply to requests to fix things, often times never fixing them (mouse, broken windows, etc). He tried to charge us for a professional clean (illegal), did not install fire safety information until a month before the end of tenancy, got our names wrong/ mixed up consistently, and was overall very unprofessional and rude.
