Horrible Landlord and a big time bully. Took all my deposits after making up his invoices .The landlord is very greedy took all our deposit and refused to return any. He made up invoices worth £6901 with the aim of taking our deposit which he had threatened us with since the beginning of the tenancy. The landlord calls himself professional landlord and will insist on checking his property every month to ensure it is kept clean but if there is any issue and you call him to fix the issue he will not fix it, he will rather ask you to fix the issue by your self.

When we packed out , he insisted on professional cleaning which we agreed to pay £360 then he increased it to £1000 and used his own cleaning company and made up all receipts. He claimed the garden was £800 to clean and when we sent our gardeners to clean it, he sent them away and insisted on using his own gardeners. This man opened my inner room cupboards where I keep my pads and started checking through them. Tenants be careful of this landlord as he is a big time bully
