She is an overseas landlord who owes me over 3,604 in rent and court fees, despite having assets worth over 1 milion. She has been found in breach of the Housing and Planning Act by the First-Tier Tribunal Property Chamber. She ran an illegal HMO. She evicted me by the backdoor, harassed myself and my housemates. The landlord is yet to pay back the rent she owes me, despite me sending all the details she needed to pay me back. She has offered a 10 month payment plan, which is funny considering she is not in hardship, still makes a profit from renters to this day and has assets worth over 2.5 million pounds.
