Landlord reviews for Ypp Lettings in Leeds

I would not recommend anyone to YPP. Instead 0f offering me the current tenant the chance to renew my tenancy, they gave my tenancy to someone else without telling me leaving me effectively homeless. When I then asked them if there were any other available properties, they offered me the same property but on a different floor, which cost an extra £200 per month. They wouldn't even let me overlap the tenancies for another flat in the building. Also, they'll charge you for the most ridiculous things, just prepare yourself that you will get charged at the end of your tenancy for the most ridiculous things. I'm not even joking!
