We rented a property from this landlord on Eastfield Drive in Solihull. From the start of our tenancy, we encountered numerous issues including mould, broken wardrobes, damaged walls, and damaged appliances. Several of these problems were never resolved during our stay. Upon moving out, the landlord withheld our entire deposit, seemingly to address these long-standing issues and enhance the property’s value as he put it up for sale.
