Passive-aggressive communication in WhatsApp, including sending and then deleting messages. Landlord insisted that we were obligated to pay for steam cleaning at the end of the tenancy. We successfully disputed these charges, but she withheld our rent overpayment for several months. Maintenance is very poor, and any issues in this DIY-built flat are consistently blamed on the tenant.
