Stayed at property for 3 years as a student. Landlord uses it for 2 months over summer, during which items of mine were taken, and items were brought in that were added to the inventory. On moving out Landlord charged for missing items on inventory that were my items. Landlord would try and charge for cleaning when flat was thoroughly cleaned.
I had a difficult situation where I needed to have someone stay with me as they had no place to go and were not safe, on communicating this with Landlord, the landlord threatened taking legal action and became very rude and unpleasant.
Landlord can be good with maintenence, and the rent is fair for the property. But be warned that the landlord can crash out and be extremely petty and immature. I recommend against staying here if you dont want drama.
