Matthew is a Co-Owner of the franchise Fisher & German Worcestershire and uses this to his own advantage. He would give the appearance of being diplomatic, however, once questioned further regarding repairs etc, he would just tend to ignore the bigger picture and only carry out the smaller, cheaper maintenance repairs when absolutely necessary. His approach was always bolshy and dismissive of anything you had to say.
