Landlord reviews for Claire Thomas in Bristol

I would avoid this landlady and the property. The house is damp itself; she will blame you for cooking/showering/doing laundry/having house plants/breathing for this state of things. She put the rent up multiple times, very unreasonable amounts, without fixing anything in the property. She didn't bother to come for any inspection during our 4-year tenancy; in the end she was very problematic and demanding, as if we were supposed to keep the property as a show home, not as a place to live. Her aggressive husband shouted at me when handing the property over.
