Landlord charged an illegal forced cleaning fee, then locked the WhatsApp group chat when tenants refused to pay it.
She then tried to reduce it from deposit, and deleted the initial advertisement to cover it up.
Overall, she micro manages the property, has arguments with people providing services, expects tenants to manage repairs, comes to the property unannounced and attempts to cause tenants to dislike eachother my dropping rude and conflicting information to each tenant to create arguments.
