The landlord is nice, but the repairments could take more than one week, however he would send the people to do the repairments without letting you know, so one day you can be sleeping and one worker go inside your room without asking. Also the workers have keys of all the rooms and sometimes they use your stuff without asking and still the landlord will not say anything about it.
