Landlord reviews for Sheila And Paul Burton in Selly Oak

Sweet older couple with a few properties in Selly Oak. They do all the maintenance themselves and have recently fully redecorated the house so everything is lovely and homely. They even let us move in a couple of days earlier than our tenancy technically started as our semester started before the contract did. They are very quick about repairs eg the heating, and Sheila maintains the garden really well so it's much nicer than the average selly garden.

communicated fairly well but some communication lacking occasionally and sometimes shows up unannounced

Paul and Sheila are so nice and so attentive. We have never had any issues and they always respond quickly!

Sheila and Paul were fantastic, and any issue we had we went to them first, usually with same-day resolution. They cared a great deal about the house and our well-being their, took care of the garden, and gave us things when we requested them.
