Fast but had an issue where they charged as for something which was not our fault and would have comprised out safety had we not got it fixed

They always responded to messages promptly and came to sort out any issues we had very quickly. They gave the best checkout experience I've ever had.

Elliot and Lewis were amazing landlords. If we ever had any problems they were there to sort it out the very same day. They were always on call to help us whatever time of day or night, and they were very friendly and accommodating to various issues we had throughout the lease. They also helped us out at the end of the tenancy with what needed cleaning/tidying etc to ensure we got all of our deposit back, and our deposit was returned to us within a week after we moved out. They were the best landlords I had in throughout my time in Selly Oak and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

You won't find a better landlord in this area. Elliot is always very quick at replying to messages at any time of the day and coming round to fix any issues you have, quite often sorting the issue out the same day. He has even helped us sort out an issue we had at our new rented property via contacts he has.
He was also very helpful at the end of the tenancy to ensure the full deposit is returned.

Very responsive landlords via text or email. Family run business so very friendly. Always got issues resolved quickly and replaced with brand new appliances (ie tumble dryer) when broken.

Repairs performed really quick and fair charges when it was tenants fault. Great house

Mostly helpful, usually replies within a few days if something breaks. Was very prompt with replacement keys.
