They were nice and did respond quickly to messages, we didn't have many problems so we didn't need to contact them too much. They did lend us gardening tools at the end of the year, i do wish wed had that option at the start / throughout the year tho as it meant the garden was pretty much unusable the whole time until right at the end.

The landlord is friendly but took a long time to respond to messages sometimes and took ages to fix the washing machine when it broke.

Most of the time really good, usually prompt to deal with things although they do go on holiday a lot. Had one incident where they took away our broken dryer which was full of clothes which was slightly negligent, but generally fair and decent.
