Nearly impossible to contact. The landlord repeatedly ignored requests for repairs. The only repair that was carried out was one we arranged ourselves. He was slow in repaying us for the the costs of the call out. He failed to arrange a check out or inventory check and pretended he wasn’t aware we were moving out despite two months notice. Over a month after moving out we have not received our deposit back. He has not even proposed any deductions, he just doesn’t reply. We are having to resort to a TDS dispute to get our money back.
