Landlord reviews for Glenn Jones in Bath

After four years renting student properties this was my worst landlord by far. He insists on monthly inspections, which seem excessive. Further to this he seems to have ridiculous expectations of how the property should be kept. No matter how much cleaning we undertook, we received regular emails stating how he was disgusted with the property. I don't think he appreciated that we were living in the property and that we have possessions that had to be stored there - no matter how much cleaning and tidying we did he was never satisfied. Most concerning was the number of occasions he entered the property without the required 24hr notice. He seemed to believe that if he knocked on the door and it wasn't answered, this gave him permission to enter. A number of occasions we were caught in unsavoury moments coming out of the shower - making us extremely uncomfortable. His overall behaviour left us feeling unwelcome and on edge throughout our time here.
