I lived with this agency far longer than I should have done .
From the moment of signing the first contract and the first nights stay to the very end.
This company has no empathy , morals , organisation or on hand when needed help .
They take over flat and buildings in disrepair give them a lick of paint and sell on for extortionate prices.
They had so many flats they couldn’t HMO licence them all so told nobody until I caught them out .
They will not give you anything longer than a years contract as they will increase the rent from 5-20% extra.
My dealings with this company remind me that people / tenants are numbers.
They will serve notice on all of you if you go onto rolling contracts or if rooms aren’t filled for a while be ready to assume they are going to take it over .
There is no negotiating within the company.
Also be mindful many of their flats are in blocks where neighbours have left for noise complaints and the chances are the flat was bought because noise is so rife !
Many apartments in tower blocks where kids and junkies play or sleep !
Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely awful landlord. I have rented properties in London for 18 years and never come across a landlord so terrible. The landlord and his PAs are a team who have no heart and don't care about their tenants. I was missold a room in a flatshare and ended up having a flatmate who tried to break into my room. He also had psychotic episodes where I had to call an ambulance and the police. Despite not feeling safe in the property, the landlord would not let me out of the contract and would not take action with the flatmate. Their communication was terrible and rude. Do not trust them.

If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely awful property company. They don’t care at all about their tenants, and will be rude and aggressive when you try to complain. They let people into the flat without knocking, don’t give 24 hours notice, and their “maintenance” team is incredibly shady. Don’t rent with these people whatever you do.
