Reports of minor issues at the beginning of the tenancy were met with a suggestion we should move out if we didn't like it. Further requests for action on the serious damp problem generally led to them blaming us for the problems including but not limited to having too many houseplants, bikes and cooking too often. They insist that they or their friends will personally do all the repairs but take months to get them done. Erratic and aggressive responses to any contact was the norm.
