The landlord of this property is outstanding. He performed any repairs rapidly, and to a very high standard. He was very understanding of us as students, and made sure that any disruptions for inspections or repairs were kept as minimal as possible and were arranged at a time that suited us. He is very kind and helpful. He is easy to contact and replies promptly.
