Horribly slow and often unresponsive LL. The offer we made had conditions attached such as repairs and decoration before the move. The LL did not honour any of the things he agreed to do. Further, we had several maintenance issues such as mould, broken plumbing, broken boiler all of which were not fixed promptly. The boiler repair work took over 2 months to be sorted, leaving us without heating and hot water for way beyond an acceptable time. Overall a nightmare..
