Rude, demanding and demeaning. She has no respect for anyone below the age of 50.
She put our lives at risk when she continually refused to perform the gas safety. She only agreed when she tried to kick us out but failed due to her legal responsibility to perform the safety check. the pipes had rusted through and it was a miracle we hadn't been injured.
