Suman from Rohan Properties couldn't do enough for us. She provided us with maintenance numbers as soon as we moved in which were fast, reliable, and we were not personally charged for any repairs that were not our fault. She kept the house immaculate for when we moved in and was very thorough about fire-alarm checks and always notified us via e-mail beforehand. At Christmas and Easter she brought round Easter eggs and a tin of chocolate biscuits and was always happy to reply to text messages with any queries we had. When we moved out the deposit was returned quickly and we were not charged unfairly for anything. Seamless and stress-free landlord/tenant relationship through the duration of the tenancy.
