Horrible service. Tried to blame the mould on us, even though it was clearly caused by a leak that was left unfixed for over 3 months.

Absolutely terrible service.
I work from home and couldn't get any work done because the internet consistently didn't work.
Sent many e-mails to the agency who only decided to try to solve when I told them I was leaving.
