Refused to fix boiler for more than 2 years. Failed to register as a licensed landlord despite local regulation of private landlords, when challenged, moved to evict. Did not place deposit in deposit guarantee scheme. Failed to carry out essential repairs to roof and guttering leading to leaks through roof.
