Landlord reviews for Massoud Nooshabadi in Catford

An absolute nightmare. My heating stopped working during the Winter and despite repeated chasing, Massoud had zero drive to get it fixed even thoughI was freezing - when he did respond, it was usually with a lame response. It was only with the threat of getting the Council in that he finally called a plumber. He had a "property manager" who was meant to be our first point of call but he kept dropping out the picture when Massoud failed to pay him. I have no issues in labelling Massoud a wannabe slum landlord.
