We had a few things break down or stop working over our tenancy, and Graham always made sure to have them sorted out quickly and at our convenience, without it ever being dramatic. He has a great handyman who he uses for a lot of his repairs, but when something needs someone with more specific skill he will always go to reliable people. Graham was also very good about keeping things like electricty safety certificates up to date, which was reassuring.
