Very slow to respond to our problems. Told us we were simply using the boiler wrong and denied that it was broken even though a professional finally visited and told them it should have been replaced ages ago. We had no heating and only occasional hot water from November to late January. Tried to charge us for made up things when we were getting deposits back.
