Appalling, 3 months to remove a shed, gas fire in front room condemned but not fixed, security system non functional. 1 1/2 hours on exit survey nitpicking on points we had previously raised. Only one front door key issued for this 4 bed house. We left for work at separate times partner would take front door key locking me in. I would have to use side passage. We asked landlady how do we accept parcel delivery? Her reply, through the sitting room window! Plus contested deposit return. Took 3 months to get it back, the full amount - independent adjudication totally ruling in our favour

Verona Cooper was the landlady who would rarely carry out repairs. The gas fire was condemned and she refused to replace it. We only had 1 door key and she would not give us the code to get more cut. Nightmare lady
